The PDM team are always professional, friendly, and responsive. Right after we purchased our house, the sump pump failed. PDM was out to assess and install a new system that ensures our basement and possessions stay dry. Since then, we've used them as our preventative maintenance on our HVAC system. He showed up when he said he would, he diagnosed, and repaired our air conditioner, promptly and efficiently. There was no pressure sales which made us comfortable and making our decision.
