The PDM team are always professional, friendly, and responsive. Right after we purchased our house, the sump pump failed. PDM was out to assess and install a new system that ensures our basement and possessions stay dry. Since then, we've used them as our preventative maintenance on our HVAC system. John was a nice friendly repairman. He came and when we rec'd the estimate we were blown away. $16,000.00 to repair the tub plumbing. Another company came and repaired it for $750.00. Unbelievable!!
105 degrees and my AC is out when I get home from work. Called PDM at 5:00 pm. Immediate response. Technician arrived within an hour.
