Allan at Reliance Heating & Cooling did a great job of evaluating our furnace/heat pump and generator. He showed me how to connect the thermostat to my phone and then deep cleaned our special filters. I never felt any pressure to do extra stuff and he was kind enough to double check a previous job that they had done and didn't charge me for it . Reliance Heating & Cooling is my furnace go to company!
We've been using Reliance Heating & Cooling for more than 10 years and have always had a good experience. Greg showed up today and repaired our heat pump so we can get the AC flowing again. We were impressed with his work.Would definitely recommend.
Excellent service. Craig came out to check furnace for free and told us replacing it would be the best option.The staff who answered my phone was also friendly and professional. I had a new heater installed the next day in under an hour.Craig cleaned up the mess and disposed off the old one. I definitely will call them again for my HVAC service and repairs!
