They came not even an hour after we called on a Saturday. Eric was very helpful and sure enough when he got here the heat started to work. Although I thought I knew what the problem was he was not going to replace the part until he was sure of the problem. He could have charged me for something I did not need and I would never of known. The honesty was impressive. He took his time , was polite , and patient. Definitely will use them again. Service: Heating system repair
I called and the appointment setter was rude, but I needed help a.s.a.p, so I took the appointment. I have no regrets. The serviceman, Marko, was such a gentleman. The salesman, Brian, I asked that he treat my situation like it was his own home and he did with care, respect and was fantastic. I do recommend this company. Great work and I have AC again!!!! Eric was extremely thorough. He cleaned and inspected my furnace, found some irregularities, took pictures of the issues, and we agreed he would get back to me with a few options to remedy the problem. He explained questions I had about my humidifier, and also explained the the use of the dampers on my furnace. Great service, and would certainly recommend. Service: HVAC system maintenance
