Eric was extremely thorough. He cleaned and inspected my furnace, found some irregularities, took pictures of the issues, and we agreed he would get back to me with a few options to remedy the problem. He explained questions I had about my humidifier, and also explained the the use of the dampers on my furnace. Great service, and would certainly recommend. Service: HVAC system maintenance
