Alfa Backflow Inc.

This is the best plumbing service we have used in the past 12 years. We found them when a card was sent offering back flow testing (we have a fire sprinkler system and it's required by the city annually). The offer was for half the price of the "big boys" in the area. Now that was good...but better was a service call we had for one of our two sump pumps. It kept running almost all of the time. When I called the two "big boys" they both said without even looking that we needed a new unit. When A Alfa came out, the service person took off the plate and said "just as I thought, they didn't install it correctly when the home was built." He then took a blow torch and put a hole in the pcv pipe. Haven't had a problem since. They are friendly and always ready to help. A Alfa really looks out for the consumer. If it need to be replaced, they will, but they try to do the right thing instead of the sales thing. Highly recommended!

We have used A Alfa for many years for our backflow testing. The plumber arrived exactly on time this morning and was very nice and very efficient. We will continue to call A Alfa for our plumbing needs!

We have used them to do backflow inspection for years. They do not leave you the inspection report nor do they send it to you. I started calling to get a copy in September. I was told I would get it in a few days. It is now January and after multiple phone calls and being told again it would be sent, I still do not have it. I explained I needed it in order to sell my house and still don't have the inspection report. Customer service does not only mean doing the inspection, it also means giving the report. I will not use them again- beware. Your response is untrue. First, I did not receive an email with the report. Also, the pandemic has been going on since March, using it as an excuse is no longer valid. It should not take from September to January to find one report. In addition, you have promised in September and December that I would have the report and still do not have it. You should be truthful.
