We recently had some storm damage to a roof that was approaching end of life. Robert inspected the damage and provided an estimate within one day that not only addressed the immediate damage concerns but also provided a short list of maintenance items to help extend the roof’s life for up to another five years. The work was completed within a week—prior to the next weather event. Robert was responsive, prompt and professional, not only providing timely, cost-effect work but also avoiding an obvious temptation to upsell us on a new roof.
