SCAM BEWARE! Was sold New Era windows by Dave and the fake wood wrap peeled within 24 hours. Pictures below. He said if I paid off the balance the windows would be replaced at no cost because DNS offers a lifetime guarantee on the windows AND labor. I paid the money and never heard from him again. I then started calling his “ managers” Sean and Jeff. They let the calls go to voicemail for weeks and when they did return my call they had no resolution. I went to their office in Lockport and it’s a ghost town. Doors lock, dust anll over the desks and you can plainly see that no one has been in that office for weeks if not months. Go to their office yourself before you buy. No one is ever there. Now here’s how DNS is going to respond: “We do not have records of your name in our records. DNS replaced our roof and gutters and downspouts after storms damaged it in the spring. Sean and Dave helped us navigate the insurance process, and used the newest lifetime shingles from GAF. Our new roof looks great! Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Complete unprofessional workers and very combative salesman when called out with issue. Roof replaced and vents that were removed are not plugged. Had to cleanup multiple times for company even after complaints.
