First, I want to say that we were very pleased with the work that Nate from Winters HVAC performed on our AC condenser unit. He communicated well on the phone, let us know ahead of time on the day of the repair that he was running late due to his first call of the day, is very knowledgeable about AC operation, was very gentle working with the existing equipment, and completed the job neatly and in a workman-like manner. We contracted Nate to remove and replace the compressor in our outdoor condenser unit, install filter-dryers in the suction and discharge lines, purge the lines of any debris, charge the system with new refrigerant, and check the operating conditions while starting up the system. We purchased all of the equipment needed and he performed the installation on a T&M basis.
