We were scheduled for work to be done today at 3:15 pm. When they didn't show up at 3:45 pm my husband called and they said the worker was running late and in order for him to come it would be an over time charge...not our fault he was running late. We did have an appointment that was made on Tuesday.

Received a quote from Gough for a new furnace and air conditioner. The owner said the quote would only be good through the end of the year, the prices were going to increase next year. We originally didn’t plan to have this job done until the spring, but being told prices would be increased we scheduled the job a month in advance to have completed this month. Gough called 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to say 3 technicians called in and they couldn’t complete the job. I had taken the day off work and had everything prepared for them to come that day. The receptionist was supposed to call back after speaking with the owner, but never did. After calling Gough back and expressing frustration the receptionist replied “I don’t think you want me to install your furnace”. Since there’s only a few weeks left in 2022 she said the owner would get back to us Monday to possibly set up a Saturday install.
