Working with pro restoration has been smooth and seamless. We worked primarily with Eric and he was attentive and followed through with everything we discussed as well as responded back to us every time if we had a question, which is hard to find! The work completed on our home was great which included siding, roof, gutters and fascia. We recommend this company if your looking for a job well done! Not only did Evan arrange to come over to give me an estimate on my roof within hours of my call, he kept me fully updated with their progress. The materials were delivered timely and the next day the crew came to put the new roof on my house and garage working through the early evening to complete the job. The day my gutters were replaced. Such a smooth process and they did an excellent job keeping everything clean as they worked and before they left. A couple weeks later the City inspector came for his final inspection. He was very pleased but said he was not surprised because ProRestoratuin always does a good job. He has never had to issue a citation to them because they always file for a building permit immediately and always do what they say they are going to do. I have recommended them to others. Pro Restoration has been amazing. Zack was out to our house for an inspection the day my husband called him. Within 4 weeks we had a new roof and Zack was in contact with us the whole time. Zack's crew was here at 6:30 and by 2:45 our roof was done and our yard completely cleaned up. My husband and I are very happy with our new roof and with the exceptional customer service we have received from Zack!
