Got recommended to this place via my home warranty company as our AC went out. Called them on Monday to schedule a visit. No answer. Called a few more times, still no answer. Couldn't even leave a voice-mail as it directed me to a fax machine. Called them the next day a couple of times throughout the day. Still nothing. Even went to their website to email them. No response. Eventually had to contact my home warranty company and get referred to a different company as we couldn't just hope and pray for them to get back to me.

Called them because my home warranty company uses them- was told at first that they don’t do appointments and the technician would just call when he was on his way. I said that would not work for me I need a day and time, atleast an idea, to when he would be coming, I can’t just leave work whenever I want. They then said they would call me back to figure out when he might have time that day or tomorrow. No call. So I called again a few days later to check in, she said she would get back with me when she talked to him that day, once again no call. Terrible communication.

Home warranty referred this business. Our air went out this week, middle of July. We have a dog who can’t be in the heat.. Called and left a message. Next morning no response. Called later that day and was told “oh we will see when we can get to you.. and we will call you back.” A day later, I call this morning and was told the same response. We were displaced out of our home because of the heat and no AC. Would be nice if the company could at-least have better communication and a time frame.
