Mike is wonderful. He discovered the problem was due to the roof leaking from around the plate holding the vent stack. The roof is less than a year old and should not be leaking. Mike went on the roof and caulked the entire plate and around the bottom of the stack. Mike even left an estimate for the repairs should we decide to go with them or with the roofers. Mike is totally professional, pleasantly personable and absolutely loves my dog. He is a great guy and is great for your company.
