I was a skeptic that our house that has terrible ductwork would ever be comfortable in the summer and winter time. We were told we needed new ductwork to see any improvement, which was financially overwhelming. However, Scott from Maertin told us that zoning and replacing our old a/c and furnance would help immensely, and it would cost less then our previous estimates. He was absolutely right!
