Kelly was the rudest customer service I have ever encountered- Called to ask simple questions and set up an appointment. We were going to buy a water heater and have them install it- PLEASE PLEASE support a local plumber with business that actually appreciates it.
There’s NO reason a buisness should start LOUD work outside of your home before 8 o’clock in the morning! I’ve been up since 7 because of the noise. Thanks Blondell.????????
Our sump pump at our home malfunctioned and Blondell was there right away to replace and add a battery backup. Also, Steve replaced a kitchen faucet for us as well as work done here at the funeral home. Always prompt and professional. Bart Krebs
