The owner, Keith, is amazing and does fantastic work! He is very quick to answer your call and any questions you have. He is very honest and doesn't overcharge or try to charge you for unnecessary work! I highly recommend him for any and all of your HVAC needs!! I would give 6 stars if I could!
My furnace went out and my home warranty called Barrett Heating and Air to come out. Keith called and gave me and 15 minutes heads up when he’ll arrive. Once he arrive he was very polite and friendly even willing to take his shoes off. As for the furnace, he worked on it, fixed it and and gave me some useful tips. Furnace is working and I’m a very satisfied customer especially them coming out on a Saturday. Thanks again. Service: Heating system maintenance
