Gerry came out to inspect the leaking, 3-year old roof installed by another roofing contractor. He identified the problem (improper installation) and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. The repair involved removal of portions of the siding and existing roof, repairing the roof deck, installation of the proper materials, and reinstallation of the siding.
