Odyssey Home Remodeling

Odyssey Home Remodeling replaced the roof on our 40 year old ranch house. Nathan, the salesperson, quoted us a great price, and Edgar and his team finished the job in 1 day. From start to finish the entire process only took about 4 weeks and was completely stress free. Everyone involved were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Great company!

We decided to have Odyssey to remodel our roofs (house and garage). Joseph the sales person was thoughtful, kind, had a sense of humor and explained every detailed of the process, Our roof was scheduled for Tuesday morning. The materials were delivered on Tuesday and 2 men showed up later to start the job. They parked their truck on our lawn to collect all of the old materials off our roof. Everything went well until the rain. A day later they returned with another roofer and completed the job. But…. it was not completely finished, they only did the house and left materials on our back lawn. They also left debris in our neighbors yard and a few scraps in our yard which we cleaned up. We called and was told that a supervisor was supposed to come with them and apologized for what they did and take pics of our lawn. I ended up going with a different company for my roof, but wanted to leave a review for this company because their level of customer service is beyond what I've experienced. Tom did an estimate for me and he was fantastic. He explained everything to me and even had demonstrations. He did not come off as pushy or sales-pitchy at all. He was just giving me the information so that I could make an informed decision. If I was in my forever home, I would have hired Odyssey immediately for the job. I think the quality of their product and the actual amount of things you get included for the price is well worth it.
