On Call Handyman

I had water damage underneath a sliding door which caused about 6 ft of sill plate and rim joist to rot. A number of different companies came out and gave me quotes. I was recommended to On Call Handyman by a frequent customer, so I reached out and they ended up giving me the lowest quote. Mike was very informative throughout the process and was able to replace the rotted wood with newly treated wood without having to remove the concrete steps on the exterior (saving me thousands). Upon completion, the total final invoice was actually less than the initial quote. I'm so relieved to have contacted and chosen On Call Handyman to fix my issue. Can't recommend them enough! Toilet was leaking slowly for a long time, unknown to us until it caused problems in the condo below us. Michael repaired the sub-floor, repaired and replaced the toilet, painted, installed a new cabinet and sink, plus new floor tile and grout. We love our refurbished half-bath. Thank you M & M!
