I have used maintenance Pivotal Home Solutions for a number of years for heating, air, conditioning services, water heater, The monthly service is expensive with only one yearly cleaning. I recently had my air conditioning serviced, it was working fine before the cleaning. The young lady spent a few minutes on the outside unit and quickly told me that my Freon was low and I definitely needed a new unit. She followed up by turning off the thermostat to off. I noticed huge clumps of ice on the condenser falling down. I called back for another technician, he said the same as the first technician! Luckily my air unit is still working and blowing out air. I will take care to watch the unit continuously! I called but couldn’t understand the response to my question! Sadly waiting for results!

I have had Pivotal Home Solutions for many years. I have never had bad service. The technicians have always been professional. I never have to worry about looking for a repair person. Harold and Jay were great. However, scheduling was atrocious. The plumbers were scheduled to come on Monday. No one ever came. We called scheduling. They admitted they had made a mistake. Then today, when we actually received service, scheduling had given us the window of 8 am to noon. We finally received service at about 2 pm. Your schedulers have to know that they are not doing their jobs properly. And if you would like to keep me as a customer you better get your act together. I have been a customer for many years and have never experienced this before. I know there have been procedural changes at Pivitol Home Solutions. I hope the scheduling service I received for this service are not a reflection of things to came from you. Service: Faucet repair
