We had a new furnace, a/c, humidifier and thermostat installed on 5-5-22. From start to finish the RCM team was incredible to work with!! We learned about RCM when our neighbors got a new HV/AC system installed a few years ago and they loved working with RCM. We got a couple of quotes from different companies. Chris from RCM was very thorough with the quote and financial details, answered ALL of my questions and was always very timely to respond. She was a pleasure to work with!! We own an old house and the install techs had to get creative with the duct work (our old furnace was over 30 years old). They did a fabulous job!! They were really professional and took good care of the inside of our house- it was a rainy day and they laid drop cloths on my hardwood stairs to the basement and did their best to keep the floors free from dirt and mud. We have always received great service with knowledgeable and respectful service techs from RCM. During the recent below zero cold snap, our son's furnace stopped working. He is over in Homewood and emergency repair services were stretched thin/very hard to come by. When he finally got another company to respond they made a quick determination that he needed a new furnace and just happened to have free financing going on. I reached out to RCM who were able to provide a second opinion service call a few hours later. Their correct diagnosis of a replacement inducer motor had the furnace back up and in good working order, thanks to a quick trip to the parts supply house by Chris who handled my initial phone call, in order to obtain the motor before the supplier was shut down for the weekend, while the repair tech was completing the service call that he was out on at the time. I had them come out and they installed a new furnace on Sunday for me as I was staying in a hotel and their guys did an excellent job getting my house up and running.
