I want to personally thank Randy and Christian from RCM Heating and Cooling for their professionalism. I had to replace my old air condition and heating unit because of failed condenser and age. Randy and Christian arrived early and stayed late doing an excellent job. I live on the second floor in an old condo building which each unit have their own little closet for air, heat and water. This area is so small that only one person can barely move. Because this place was so small it took them longer to install them. They didn't complain and both worked effortlessly putting in both units. II am so happy with everything words can't convey them all. Christian was very professional and thorough with his inspection and explanations of our failing heating system (25+ year old furnace and a/c). He told me the news I did not want to hear, the unit needed to be replaced due to cracks in the heat exchanger (among other things). Although, after his detailed explanation of the dangers of this, I knew that it was the right thing to do. He returned within an hour with space heaters to keep our house comfortable until they could do the install of the new equipment. These units worked so well that we actually had to turn them down in the evening when the house temperature reached 76 degrees! I then spoke with the owner Chris and she was very good about explaining to me the different options in detail. She provided me a very detailed and clear proposal promptly. I must say, out of the all the home services that I have dealt with in my past and present this has been the best experience along with customer service, installation pre and post. They have been more than informational on the unit that was installed in my home along with the knowledge of there service men that came into our home. They were very respectful and courteous to my family therefor made it a very comfortable situation. I dont normally right or comment on services like this probably because I have never had the service that I experienced with RCM so here I am.
