I had another excellent encounter with Service II. During my routine winter maintenance a problem was detected on my 21 year old furnace with an inducer fan motor. The Technician brought this to my attention along with potential future problems with the heat exchanger. Upon evaluating repair costs it was best to replace the furnace versus repairing it. A very reasonable replacement price for a new more energy efficient furnace was provided within 10 minute. The new furnace was installed promptly and professionally. With rising energy prices, the additional cost of replacement versus repair should be recovered in 5 -6 years. Service: Heating system installation
