TR Miller Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

Our technicians Paul, Jason and Raymond was awesome. They all showed up on time, professional and took time to go over all our options with furnace and water heater needs. They was able to get the fan going on our furnace and presented us with our options. They did not just say "you need a new furnace" which we really do. Regardless of that, they offered to replace the main circuit board which would resolve our issue. Now, we just need to evaluate which route we want to go. TR Miller sent out their technician, Austin, to assist with an alleged plumbing leak. He quickly determined that my water heater was starting to slowly fail. Austin was very patient and laid out all my options/pricing for a replacement. The office at TR Miller also kept in close contact with me to advise on arrival times and delays, if any. The price may have been a little steeper than I anticipated, but, the quality of TR’s customer service made up for it-and then some. Also, I highly recommend looking into their VIP program-it definitely comes with some nice perks!
