I highly recommend Penco! Their electrician Tom K. was punctual, professional, clean-cut, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain what he was doing, helping put me at ease during a stressful situation. He also deserves to be recognized for properly wearing a mask (nose and mouth covered) and wearing it at all times. Any mess was minimal, which he promptly cleaned up. All of the electricians that came by were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Even when a part of the project did not go to plan, they were quick to diagnose and explain the issue to us and offer safe alternatives. The quality of work with both the panel upgrade (to 200A from 100A) and the electrical car charger installation was great, and they also cleaned up afterwards well. Paul was also great about being responsive and scheduling us as soon as possible - even agreeing to push up a follow-up appointment to help meet our timeframe. I will definitely consider using Penco again for future needs, and I would encourage everybody else to do the same!
