Jeff and his crew were so helpful and knowledgeable. They showed up on time! They were very thourough with their explanation about what they were doing. The best thing about Oak Electric is they did not talk down to me or look at me like I was an imbecile because I used my own words instead of "electrician speak". There are so many vendors that give the " ok lady like you know what your talking about eye roll". Jeff and his crew did not do that at all and that is a great feeling to know they genuinely cared about what I was describing to them. I plan on using them when my next phase of work needs to be implemented.

Oak Electric is outstanding! I could not have had a better experience/outcome. We had an issue with some of our lights dimming and not working that started over the weekend. I called Oak Electric on Monday morning. Jeff (the owner) answered the phone and set up a time to look at the issue that morning. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He needed specialized parts which he obtained and the problem was resolved by the early afternoon! I could not be happier with the service and the outcome. I had a great experience with Jeff, the owner of Oak Electric. We had a partial power outage and power fluctuations that happened in our home over the weekend. I called Jeff at 8:30 am on Sunday and he returned my call in 5 minutes.
