Chris and his team were fantastic! I got a quote from another bigger chain and called Chris to get a second opinion. Not only did he do that task for 1/3 of the price but they also solved a number of other issues we'd been having. Bodie and his team were very professional and I trusted them every step of the way. After Chris came out 3x - he still hadn't ordered the part to fix a leaky faucet. After 10 days of this runaround I confronted him and he told me to get a new plumber and hung up on me. He also refers to grown women as "young ladies" which is a total red flag to how much he respects women. I am a woman business owner and deserve better than that. Poor communication, poor service. We have been using Reeg plumbing for many years, starting in 1994. It’s sometimes difficult to get a prompt appointment, and they are on the expensive side, but I think they are worth it.
