Jim is the absolute best at what he does and how he goes about it. I was in a huge pinch - the compressor on my air conditioning unit at my rental went out a couple days before I had new tenants moving in, in the middle of the summer. Jim was fully booked but he knew I needed help asap. He worked into the evenings after work hours on two days to knock this out for me before my new tenants even knew there was a problem. He also gave me a super good price even though I was desperate for his help. I can't thank him enough for getting me out of a jam and I highly recommend him to friends and family.
