I wish I could give more stars than just 5. Polar heating and AC are amazing. Very responsive and professional! I had to call them out for my AC at my home and a week later at my rental property. They came same day and fixed the issue. Omar and Mike are the best!
Polar gave us the best quote when we were searching for a new heating system, they were willing to negotiate, they were professional, responsive, efficient, installation was quick and easy (it took exactly how long they said it would), they were able to come out within days of our initial consult. I called Polar Heating & AC because my AC was blowing hot air and they came out the next day. Andrew G and Omar G were on time, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. There were a couple hiccups out of their control but they were very direct with me about what needed to be fixed. They also provided me with useful information for problems I might have in the future. I will definitely call Polar Heating & AC for any future needs.
