I can't say enough good about Armstrong Heating and Cooling. Our furnace quit working on Sunday night - I called Monday morning and they had a tech at our house by mid-morning. The tech Billy was very friendly and professional, and I could tell he felt really bad having to tell me our 32 year old furnace needed to be replaced just a few days before Christmas. They were able to get me an estimate for an install by the end of the day, and they shuffled their work schedules to get the install done for us the very next day. They even loaned us some space heaters to get us by overnight until the new furnace was up and running! Jason and Andy showed up the next day to do the install for us, and they were awesome. Very personable, and very professional. Within 3 hours, they had removed the old furnace and had the new one up and running. My first review at the time of installation was glowing. 3 years on, my ac system is not working and Armstrong is unreachable. Apparently, they sold off their residential service to Staats who doesn't even service Trane systems. Would have been nice to know before I purchased they were going to sell out and leave me hanging.
