Boyer's Sewer And Drain

They were supposed to unclog our sink drain. They showed up knocked at the door, then left, even though we were waving him down like hello we are here, but he ignored us and left. Then the guy on the phone was rude when we told him we are here but your guy left. He said he would send him back, but he never came back. Wont be calling this company again. Then again they are the cheapest in town so I guess you get what you pay for, which is terrible service, and in our case, no service at all.

They came out to roto-rooter for us, however I would never suggest them. First they left the bathroom an absolute mess and didn't even attempt to clean up after they were done. Then they broke our toilet wax ring which thankfully my husband could fix on his own. When he called to complain they apologized and said they would void our check. Well here we are a few weeks later and I just saw they deposited that check. So this is an untrustworthy group who doesn't do a good job, I DO NOT recommend.

I am very pleased with this company. I've never used them before. Peoria Heights plumbing service had recommended them. I had roots growing through my pipes and my shower/bath water was backing up into my basement drain. They came same day. They were quick. Polite. And, most importantly, got the job done. Thank you very much! I will be calling again if need be. The price was pretty good too.
