Shannon and the team at BL Plumbing went above and beyond for my bathroom remodel. The estimate and communication from Shannon was very clear. When they showed up it was right on schedule, they dropped covering all the way from the door to the upstairs bath, and they did quality work setting a shower pan and installing the plumbing for two vanity sinks. Vic and Hunter were great, and they get extra thanks because part of framing needed fixed and they were able to do that to keep my project on time. I recently had a very slow kitchen drain. I tried calling a plumber I’ve used in the past but they never called me back. I saw one of BL’s vans in my neighborhood and decided to reach out. I was able to fill out a contact form online late one night. I received quick response that they received the request. They called the next day , discussed my issue, and set up an appointment within a couple days. They arrived on time and the plumber was very pleasant to work with and fixed my issue accurately. Called them and told them that couple of the brackets holding the undermount sink fell off and need replaced. They sent a plumber out. He looked and said he will have to spend some time to find anchors that fit, but that will cost me money! He said there was a peace of rotten wood, which was not holding the sink; the leak around the sink rotted a 10" piece of wood which was not structural and had nothing to do with holding the sink. He did not want to mess with the job. I called another plumber who came out next day and took care of the problem for $100. I get a bill for $45 from BL Plumbing. I called them, and I told them that it would be fair to pay it if they did anything, and especially when I initially called, I made it clear that the sink needed a couple of anchors/brackets replaced. They said they typically charge $90 for diagnosis, and I should be lucky to receive a bill for only $45. They could have told me when I called and explained the need that it was not something
