Fritch was recommended to us. We called to diagnose and fix why the HVAC motor/blower was cranking almost 24/7 and the thermostat was not functioning properly in our new house. Long story short, after 3 hours, 1 lb of R-22, a taped up hole, copious note taking and $531.00 the HVAC is still cranking, the thermostat still doesn't work properly, and I am pissed! We had to shut it down at the breaker to turn it off. I had also asked for an estimate to have the system replaced, but was told no one can do that at this time. Thanks for taking my $$$ and not fixing the problem. I'll be going somewhere else.

I had called in regard to my AC. It was not working properly. The inside of my house was 83° ???? The next available time slot for an evaluation was the day after but they called me about an hour after to ask if they stop by since of the guys was in the area. He diagnosed correctly and got it fixed on the spot ???? Our family really appreciate their quick action and care for their customers ????????
