They were on time and did the initial inspection promptly, the work required a third party to be involved which caused our clog/no sewage use to be prolonged for a month which is understandable. Once they came out to dig it took them 4 days to come fill the hole ( inspection and raining:understandable) but they didn’t take any time to ensure the first hole (not in the correct location) was filled fully causing a huge sunken spot in the yard, the additional area for the second hole was filled however the yard was a mess that we had to try and move the remaining dirt to the right location and out of the driveway and sidewalk. I would recommend because they did come out and fix the pipe however, just be ready to do your own labor if any clean up after digging is required. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

I would like to update my review. After my posting the review, Scott personally called stating he wanted to make things right. He showed up and did an excellent job replacing my outside faucet. If you do have Mr. Rotor do your plumbing, ask for Scott as your plumber. He was professional and courteous. We really appreciate him making things right . If we need any other plumbing issues, I will be sure to call them and ask for Scott ! Thank you

Far too expensive for service provided. I could have saved your team a trip if you quoted me an initial price upfront over the phone. I only got a quote after technicians arrived. When it was over, technician left me with an outrageously high and vaguely written estimate to replace section of pipe or the entire run. They immediately supplied me with financing options, which is a big red flag in my book. They said they couldn’t drain my line but they didn’t recheck my plumbing. Whatever they did got things moving so I can’t complain too much. I did call a local plumber later that day and he gave me a much more reasonable quote. Don’t feel pressured into it. Shop and call around. I learned a valuable $370 lesson: never go with any Neighborly company again. Stock your vans with extension cords. The one they brought was too short and the wrong gauge for the machine. I supplied mine for them though. Technicians seemed knowledgeable and I know they don’t set the prices. I certainly cannot re
