They handled everything start to finish including helping me file a claim with my insurance. The roof on our home and garage was completed in one day. I was really impressed with the roofers and how everything was cleaned up so you couldn't tell they were there. The new roof looks great. Whenever you have a car problem, plumbing problem - it's one of those things to feel like you are getting 'took'. So when I had a small leak in my roof (only during really heavy storms) I was still dreading the outcome of having someone look at it. Since it seemed minor, when River City Roofing said it might be a bit before they could look at it - based on reviews I thought I would wait. When Thomas did call me, he came out the same day. Friendly, professional and worth the wait. He gave me some options - all very reasonable. If I ever have a major problem - you can bet that I'll only be calling River City Roofing and I suggest you do the same.
