The turnaround time to have our hail damaged roof replaced was better than average. We have neighbors that went with other local roofers and are still on a long waiting lists. Not us! I cannot say enough about my experience with River City. I worked with Steve Good and he was simply awesome. He walked me through the entire process with the insurance company and went out of his way in navigating through the whole process. The crew, and Sam in particular was so helpful, the crew was professional and friendly. The cleanup was incredible and the workmanship was just beyond belief. Lines were straight and professional, tarp was laid to protect my wife's plants. They were in and out within one day. Whenever you have a car problem, plumbing problem - it's one of those things to feel like you are getting 'took'. So when I had a small leak in my roof (only during really heavy storms) I was still dreading the outcome of having someone look at it. Since it seemed minor, when River City Roofing said it might be a bit before they could look at it - based on reviews I thought I would wait. When Thomas did call me, he came out the same day. Friendly, professional and worth the wait. He gave me some options - all very reasonable. If I ever have a major problem - you can bet that I'll only be calling River City Roofing and I suggest you do the same.
