Standard Heating & Cooling

Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called, and they sent someone out within an hour. He called me to ask me to do a couple of things so that if it was frozen, it would unfreeze before he arrived, saving time (and me money). It turned out to be the capacitor. He was polite, helpful, and explained everything he was doing. He finished within half an hour. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and will use them again! Service: HVAC system maintenance

I've had my new furnace for about two weeks. I was smelling gas so I called Ameren. Come to find out standard did not tighten the pipes or perform a seep test to ensure no leaks. Plus a knob was broken and they didn't bother to replace it. They also scratched my hard wood floors getting my old furnace out. Not sure if I would recommend.

In the midst of the snowstorm with over 7 inches of snow on the ground, my furnace was not heating my house. My house dropped to 58 degrees. I called everywhere around and finally called Standard Heating and Cooling. They were very understanding and had workers on standby to help. The worker so graciously trucked through the snow and fixed my furnace very promptly. I will definitely be calling Standard Heating and Cooling if I ever have issues in the future.
