Comfort Services responded super quick on a Saturday! They were able to diagnose and make a repair immediately to get our house cooling down. The technician, Alberto, was amazing! Courteous, friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. We highly recommend this company and hopefully you are lucky enough to have Alberto as your tech! Service: A/C system repair
Staff was quick to answer, super speedy in follow through. I called at 10:30 on a Friday and they had someone out in less than an hour. Found out I needed to replace my water heater which is never exciting news, but they sent me a quote, didn’t pressure me at all to even shop with them, but after a few mins of thought, after they left, I decided to call back. By 2pm they had 3 guys out here replacing the water heater and everything normal before end of my work day. I ended up calling a total of like 4/5 times for questions etc and they answered promptly each time with great customer service. I could have possibly found a lower price, I’m unsure, but good service is worth a little more investment anyway. Thanks to everyone who got me my hot showers back so quickly!
GET A SECOND OPINION. I had comfort services come out to my home for an AC issue. They quoted a $4000 new compressor. The guys didn’t seem to bright. I had another company come out. Turns out it was a valve that was $900 to replace. Be very cautious with this company. I was also told the manager would call me. They never did. Service: A/C system maintenance
