Liam let us know all of our options so we could make an informed decision on what work to get done. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They left the house cleaner than they found it and triple checked all of the work before they left. Will work with them again in the future and recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.
Please read their main website and be warned that Lampert Electrical Services doesn’t actually have a set of employed technicians. Rather, they contract with several independent electricians around your area. My experience with Lampert Electrical Services was so unpleasant that I had to triple check that they are a legitimate business. In a nutshell, I found their good reviews so I decided to stop by at the Plainfield, IL location to inquire about a quote in person. Imagine my surprise when I arrive and the location is a community swimming pool! So I call the number to check on this and the lady I spoke to did not even acknowledge what I told her about the weird location but we agreed to schedule a window for a technician to stop by the next day from 9-12pm CT I even got a confirmation email so all was good. The tech was supposed to call 30 mins prior to his/her arrival. The next day arrives and by 12:35pm, the tech had not called nor arrived. I ended up calling the main number again a
Excellent service. Arrived on time, friendly and solved my issue after a lot of searching! I highly recommend Lampert Electrical Services. Got them coming back next week to do some more work. And very reasonable charges. One happy customer.
