Gibbs was quick to work up a very detailed estimate for replacing my 15 yr old, 3.5 ton, Gibson AC and furnace with Trane equipment; even including serial and model numbers for reference. He was patient and receptive to my requests, upgrading my system to a 2 stage S9X2 gas furnace, 2 stage, 4 ton XR16 AC, with a TXV evaporator coil and Sensei Emerson thermostat, all at a reasonable price, He revised the quotation promptly while maintaining communication and was willing to provide specific details to any queries I had throughout the entire process. Being the only Trane-certified HVAC professional around Springfield, Il, his workmanship indeed backs up his reputation.
We used Glisson to install a new AC and Furnace for our home. Our AC unit stopped working before our scheduled install. Glisson was great about making sure we were taking care of promptly. The team was professional and got the work done quickly. The products are very high quality. I would use Glisson again in the future.
