This company brings new meaning to customer service ~ wonderful would be an understatement! They arrived as scheduled, completed the work on time and on budget .. Richard worked very hard; took excellent photos of the damage to convince my insurance company the roof did indeed need to be replaced. Consequently my claim was accepted/paid, He was very professional, available, patient and answered my questions completely. I have, and will in the future, highly recommend them to anyone. Colonial Roofing Systems is an awesome company to contract to do your roof, gutters and siding. They did an outstanding job on my house. Customer service was great. When I called to make sure the schedule was still the same; I received quick call backs or text. When I was first presented with a quote I dealt with Richard and he explained all in detail. I want to commend Richard for responding to us. He has been working with us the last 2 weeks to get information together to renegotiate with our insurance company to get our roof replaced. He has given us all sorts of helpful information. We are looking forward to hopefully use his company.
