Richard has been working with us since August to get our insurance to have them admit there was hail damage to our roof. He talked us thru what we needed to do to get them to agree. We just got our roof done this week. It was set up right away after our insurance agreed with him and us. His team did excellent work and completed it in good time. He also had them come and recheck it they day after these high wind storms and took care of anything that needed done which was very little they just completed it the day before. In the next few weeks he is also having our gutters replaced which had damage from the hail too. We can not thank him enough for all his help. Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

Colonial Roofing Systems is an awesome company to contract to do your roof, gutters and siding. They did an outstanding job on my house. Customer service was great. When I called to make sure the schedule was still the same; I received quick call backs or text. When I was first presented with a quote I dealt with Richard and he explained all in detail. This company brings new meaning to customer service ~ wonderful would be an understatement! They arrived as scheduled, completed the work on time and on budget .. Richard worked very hard; took excellent photos of the damage to convince my insurance company the roof did indeed need to be replaced. Consequently my claim was accepted/paid, He was very professional, available, patient and answered my questions completely. I have, and will in the future, highly recommend them to anyone.
