Our A/C unit decided to go on the fritz when it was 93 degrees out. Our service tech (Ryan) came out the same day that we called and showed up when he said he would. He was very thorough in assessing the problem and gave us some suggestions on how we could improve functionality with a few DIY suggestions, which I really appreciated. We had a terrible experience with this company. They were only supposed to charge just for diagnostics. The technician was supposed to call us before making any decisions or moving forward to fix our AC. He didn't do that. We were charged nearly $400 for $15 in parts and 30 minutes of labor. We only consented to being charged the $95 diagnostics fee to come look at it to see what's wrong. Customer service rep gave inaccurate prices for repairs. We've been waiting for over 2 weeks on a call back from theowner and have been calling to resolve this issue. They charged us fully and still haven't fixed this issue. Extremely disappointed. My husband and I spoke with Laura on the phone and she was extremely rude. She asked us if we thought it'd be free and how obviously the owner is never in because it's hot out. Maybe she needs to go back in customer service training or not work there if she doesn't know how to talk to customers. We really hope they can resolve this issue. We shouldn't have
