Oxford Remodeling and Handyman Service

We are looking for a handyman service, so my spouse called and left a message. The call was not returned. About a week or so later, I called and talked to Nate. I asked Nate if Oxford is taking new clients and he told me they are in fact taking new clients. We discussed the work I needed done, and he said he would call me one of two specific evenings to schedule the work. He did not call. We are moving on, and we suggest others do the same.

I requested a closet makeover and got more than I ever imagined! The end result was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely hire Nate and his crew again.

My husband and I bought a dishwasher to be installed in our new house from Best Buy and opted to have them install it for us as well. The handyman they sent to our house to install our dishwasher was from Oxford and not only talked about how he was running up his mileage to charge more for the service call, but also never finished the installation. We were not aware that we, the customers, would need to provide any parts other than what was in the install kit, including the part to hook the drainage hose to the dishwasher. Because the handyman that was sent didn't have the part on his truck, his solution was to put the drainage hose into our sink and tell my husband how to finish the install once we bought the part. We were then informed that if we were to have the handyman come back, we would be charged another $220 for that service call. We were already charged $140 by Best Buy for a service that was never completed and had a complete creep walking around our personal residence.
