I can’t say enough how I pleased I am with Randy Palmeri & Son. My house in Hudson was damaged by a hail storm last month. Austin from Palmeri & Son came over and inspected my whole house for hail damage. After his inspection he sat down with me and showed me photos of the damage to my roof and gutters. Austin also thoroughly explained the claims process, as I have never filed a homeowners claim before. Austin met with my insurance company out at my house to make sure he got all of the damages covered; and he did. A week later he came over again to go over all the insurance paperwork with me, and showed me all of the shingle colors, and explained what to expect during the day of the build, etc. Yesterday they installed my new roof in one day (which surprised me because my roof is pretty big/complex). The roofing crew was very respectful, and they even laid tarps down all around the house. I felt relieved because I was worried about my landscaping getting damaged. Austin was at the hous
