I’ve seen a lot of commercials on television about this company and considered it to be a possible good quality company. However I did not get past the call screener in the office who was very rude, and unprofessional. The more I tried to explain what was going on with my residence the more she cut me off and piped in her opinion of what is going on with my property without even seeing it. Would not let me explain anything about the problems I’m having with my roof and cut me off mid sentence every time
Their work is A1 and the office staff is very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I will recommend them to family and friends
Had Randy Palmeri and Son replace my roof late fall. Could not be more pleased with the workmanship. Austin was friendly and keep my up to date on every thing that was going on. Would tell anyone to call them. Service: Roof repair
