I am so impressed with Roto Rooter! The tech, Ryan, came out same day and it was a loose wire causing the issue as to why my faucet stopped working. I had to have a large plumbing job completed. Austin was professional and great to work with start to finish. A few things went awry and Austin was able to pivot and make sure everything was taken care of. His day lasted much longer than planned, but he stayed to ensure everything was completed ensuring my tenants had water tonight instead of coming back to finish the next day.
