I called on a Friday, lady answered, said they could come out on Monday and give me a quote. Told her I had a voucher they had left from last summer still with a quote of 150 dollars....she then checked with owner and said it would be 175, I said that's fine. Monday comes, I called twice late in the day because no-one had shown to verify the quote because I told her I had a few cracks....noone answered either time not did anyone call me back in the hours that remained in their business day....Tuesday comes, its now about 11am, 2 guys in a truck show up and at same time lady calls me saying they should be there any minute. I go outside and the guy hands me a new written quote of 250 plus 35 for cracks. I told him lady on phone quoted from Steve the owner of 175, he proceeded to call me a liar, shook his head and basically told me I was crazy if I thought she told me 175 and then he walked away. His name was shawn on the quote btw. I called lady back, I could tell she seemed irritated by
