Chet replaced my water heater, he was very efficient, professional and friendly. Even came after hours to make sure there was hot water before the weekend. Would highly recommend and was very satisfied with his service.

This review is based on my phone interaction with the receptionist Melissa. ***Upper management/CEO please take note*** I worked with this company because our home warranty recommended them for some plumbing issues we had with our new construction home. After the 3rd failed attempt at fixing a leaking angle valve I called the business to have someone come back out and fix the issue properly. Melissa was the person I was directed to to express my concerns regarding what was going on. I kindly let her know that I was rightfully upset that this would be the third or fourth call for the same issue that hadn't been resolved. She immediately seemed like she wanted nothing to do with the problem. She kept stating "there's nothing more I can do for you now, I've escalated it to a manager and I have not heard back from them and they're out of town." I asked her if there was someone else in charge for escalated issues as I could not continue to have this leak in my home ruining my cabinets and f
