We chose to hire Benchmark Exteriors to replace our roof and we are so glad we did. We are longtime homeowners but this was the first time we have ever needed to replace a roof. Armani Benchmark's crew install of Owens Corning Ridge Vent and Duration shingles has paid off. With perforated soffit covers feeding air freely to each set of open rafters, channeling continuous cooling air up under the shingles and out the Ridge Vent, resulting in less attic heat radiating down through the ceilings.
