In todays society its hard to trust companies. This one you can! I was able to diagnose the problem with my furnace, the draft inducer motor had seized up. I know my way around a furnace but this was something I couldn't tackle at this time. I saw all the 5 star reviews so I called Good Shepherd. The owner, who was very polite and professional, showed up a little over an hour after I called and gave me a quote after examining the furnace. I did a google search on how much it would cost to have someone come out and repair it and he was on the very low side. He was able to change out the motor, blower wheel and gasket, etc, quickly for a low price. Very professional and he did not try to sell me anything not needed. So glad I called Good Shepherd. My water heater went out and David was able to come the same day. He was able to get my water heater switched out and installed the next day. Very prompt and professional. And he charges a fair price. He gave me some tips for my heating unit also to make it more efficient. He even checked in to make sure all was well. I would definitely recommend.
