Danny D is the best! Helped rot our sewer line, did the job quickly, efficiently and a very nice person. UPDATE: I have now given this company 1 star because not even 3 weeks later, our toilet overflowed and our basement piping is leaking everywhere again. We called and they said they couldn’t get anybody here until September 14 which is in 5 days when the day I called before somebody was here in one hour. How do you rod out a sewer line and it leaks 2 weeks later!?! Service: Sewer cleaning

Service tech was great. Showed up on time and was extremely polite. However, I was quoted $634 for a simple faucet install. I just finished doing it myself and it took me 32 minutes. So my question for the owner is how can you justify charging $600/hr when materials were provided by me and all that needed to be completed was installation? I understand paying for quality service but their pricing model is asinine. Waste of $80 for a consultation.

A couple weeks ago a tech of theirs told me my furnace was leaking and quoted me $3300 to fix it... $3300. Two days later another company proved it was not my furnace leaking but it was in fact my water heater. They replaced that within a few hours of calling them. It has been more than two weeks with the A/C on again, no leaks. So I paid $110 for Blantons tech to give me the wrong diagnosis. Thats one thing, but if I had gone with their recommendation to the tune of $3300 the problem still wouldn't have been resolved, and I would have been in a much worse predicament with them. None of us in any industry are doing anything unique. What sets you apart and earns you customers is quality work, and more importantly excellent customer service. I was told by two of their employees that "their manager" would follow up with me after I had voiced my concern.
