Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Made appointment online. Supervisor came by first to check water damage potential after a phone call. Found none. Tech arrived shortly after. Without looking at ANYTHING said the issue is under a completely unrelated bathroom. I'm serious. He made no attempt at troubleshooting my issue. Said I need a contractor for the work and babbled on about a bathroom that wasn't causing the issue, being the issue. When I asked for more detail to understand his nonsense, he just babbled on and tripped over his own words. Quoted me $475 diagnosis if we cut into the drywall next to the issue tub "just to look" I declined and opted to pay the $99 call fee instead. The tech then held my receipt ransom until I gave a 5 star review by wasting my time with history lesson stories. I couldn't have been more visually annoyed at this story telling that went on for 15 minutes. The moment I hit the 5 stars, he checked and then swiftly handed me my receipt and left. The Roto-Rooter team was outstanding. I’d recommend them without any hesitation. Jeff arrived within an hour of my emergency call on a Sunday evening. He thoroughly investigated the issue and provided an easy to understand explanation of the problem with multiple solutions. Once we selected the solution, he arranged for the proper team members to assist. Jonathan, Steve, and Jeff arrived at the scheduled time and work diligently for almost 9 hours straight to complete the necessary repairs. They kept me informed of their progress and explained the work. They also took the time to identify and explain other potential issues and provided solutions even though they would not benefit. I am very happy with their services. I had a flood in my house and they were able to come same day and even sat with me going over everything and assisting me at 10pm. Doug Jaeger was the first person I met with. From there he had assistance from Osvaldo and Julio. They were great. They were able to safely come and go to continuously check on the equipment without any complications and we have several animals in the home. 10/10 would recommend this company and these guys to anyone.
