The new ownership is absolutely awesome. I cannot say enough good things about them since taking over from the old ownership. Pozitive is an extremely professional and well run company. I have been using Pozitive for 7 years now. I am thoroughly impressed how the new ownership took over all of his accounts and treated us so well. Jovelle is really terrific handling the calls and customers. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. I was dispatched Roger the first time and now request him when needed. He is very knowledgeable and precise. I Really appreciate his professionalism and strong work ethic. He is kind and friendly but gets right to work. My experience with Jovelle and Roger has been the absolute best! I'd like to personally thank the new ownership for not leaving Positive's customers behind. My blower motor went out about 10 pm .I called Pozitive for after hour call. They where here within a few hours. Service call was $89.99 to tell me its my blower motor. I knew this I told them when I called its the motor. The tec was great and knew what he was doing. The problem I have is they took advantage of the situation because I had no heat and its 17° outside. The cost of the motor online is $110 When I paid my bill this morning they told me there service rate was $130 per hour. They changed me $650 for what should have cost $370 Tec was her for a little under 2 hours I called 3 other companies this morning and they all gave a price for after hours of $400 to $500 based on parts and drive time. An excellent "Customer Friendly" Heating & Cooling company. I have continued to utilize their services from a previous homeowner. It is a pleasure to talk to Jovelle (Customer Service) who goes the extra mile and has always provided assistance whenever I call for a service related question. Roger, my technician is very thorough and has always been courteous, professional and punctual in responding to my service calls.
