The technicians are extremely friendly and professional. They always come through and communicate with you when they are on the way, how much everything will cost and what exactly they will be doing. They always come through too if we need something done last minute. I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs.
Under the kitchen worktop, there was an issue with a double wall connection that gave electricity to the dishwasher and washing machine. Fuse box tripped and smelled like it was on fire. Came on time, identified the issue, replaced the double socket, and rewired the system. Everything was fine and the staff was great.
I called and made an appointment. The receptionist said to be by my phone for 2 hours. That was at 10:45 am. They never called. Called twice after 1 pm and was told they would check with the tech and he or they would call me back. No call has ever come. They completely disregarded me as a customer. I don't reccomend and will never use.
