I was not told you needed an appointment to enter the showroom. I called and asked to be allowed in the showroom and was informed all contractors and plumbers know this. I have no idea why my contractor didn't tell me? Man said he would see if one of the women could come upfront to let me in. After waiting 10 minutes, I left. Heck of a way to treat customers. I took my business elsewhere.
They are great. Good people who like to help
Great place I go there a lot for supplies and they're always very helpful and help me find what I need and if I've got an issue I can call him and they're more than happy to answer any questions
